All print-ready artwork is approved.
If a proof is required, production will begin only after final proof approval.
Some products may qualify for same-day service. For eligible same-day items, orders placed after 12:00 PM may be ready for pickup or shipping by 12:00 PM the next business day. Production times may vary depending on product type, quantity, finishing, and order complexity.

Available shipping options will appear at checkout or will be confirmed by our team for custom orders.
Shipping time is separate from production time.
Delivery estimates provided by shipping carriers are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
Once an order leaves our facility, transit time depends on the carrier, destination, weather, and other factors outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.
Platinum Print USA is not responsible for delays, losses, or extra fees caused by:
incorrect addresses,
undeliverable locations,
refused shipments, or
failed delivery attempts.
If a package is returned to us, reshipping charges will apply.
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by:
carrier issues,
weather conditions,
holidays,
natural disasters,
supply shortages,
incomplete files, or
delayed proof approvals.
Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed unless specifically purchased as a guaranteed service.
If your package arrives damaged, or if it appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
Claims for shipping damage or missing items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.
Please keep all packaging materials and provide:
your order number,
photos of the package,
photos of the damaged item(s), and
a brief description of the issue.
We will assist in filing a claim where applicable.
Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on size, quantity, or production method. In such cases, you may receive separate tracking updates.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped, except where required by law.
Platinum Print USA is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier after shipment has been dispatched.
